Back for the third time, therapeutic book club will be diving into a work by one of my most important and highly esteemed teachers Pema Chodron. Maybe you're feeling a bit like me in that much of the world feels scary and I would love to tap into fearlessness!
Therapeutic book club is designed to help you explore important and challenging topics under the guidance of an experienced psychotherapist in a small group setting. Breathing and mindfulness/meditation practices will be woven into each week’s session with the goal of helping you integrate the concepts into your body and breath.
