As the light wanes and the days grow shorter, something inside us calls to slow down. Yet the world around us speeds up, with sales, lists, and endless urgency. This Thanksgiving season, we invite you to answer the call to become quieter, more attuned, and more rooted in what you already have.
Join us for a Gratitude Practice, a nourishing alternative to the Black Friday and holiday rush.
In our time together, we will:
Move gently. Yoga-like movement will help you arrive in your body and release the tension of a full year.
Breathe to center and settle. Simple breathwork will calm your nervous system and bring you back to the present moment.
Visualize the abundance of your year. A guided visualization will help you see and feel the richness that has moved through your life, in all its forms.
Write in reflection. A formal gratitude exercise will give you time to put pen to paper and let your appreciation take shape.
Share a harvest blend tea. In a warmly lit space, we will sip something nourishing and be together.
Build community. Connection is one of the best supports we have as we head into the holidays, and you will leave having shared it with others.
What to bring: A journal and a willingness to slow down. Wear comfy clothes. No Lululemon required.
This practice is open to everyone, and no yoga experience is needed. Come as you are.
Before the busyness begins, give yourself an afternoon of warmth, stillness, and gratitude as the day’s light softens. Let the darkening season be an invitation inward rather than a reason to rush.
Space is limited. Reserve your spot here.
