My name is Theresa, and Light Touch is something I've practiced for most of my life. Last year, I quit my job as a full time 911 dispatcher in order to provide relaxation to people by playing with their hair and gently stimulating their nervous system using touch.

Almost immediately, I realized that what I was doing was far more than relaxing people. Over and over, clients told me, "This is magic." I started to listen. I started to feel the energy and listen to the messages that popped into my mind during sessions. I started trusting the Universe and myself, and I learned to be more my authentic self. I leaned more into my maternal role, and found a rhythm and method which I believe is unmatched by anyone else. I found the power of love and light touch.
