Service Description

This modern life is stressful. Even though we're not being chased by lions, our nervous system responds to common, everyday experiences as if we are. Lisa offers a fusion of hatha, flow, yoga therapy practices, and the current favorite--polyvagal theory--to soothe a distressed nervous system and bring it back into it's "factory setting" of relaxation and growth. Add simple and easy to access tools to your kit for managing everyday stressors. All necessary props are available, but feel free to bring your own.
