Creative Play: Mindful art activities to de-stress!
Come to this mini-workshop and learn different art activities to help you create, breathe and meditate. We will draw the breath, practice simple mandalas, create mindful art, and learn various exercises to help you break through any sort of barriers you have around creating. Make marks through expressive art practices and begin to create your own visual language to inform other work you’ll create. Explore and dive deeper into your creativity and embrace your inner critic, while will create from a place of centeredness and intention. You do not have to be an artist to join this class!
