Service Description

Breathing is literally our life force. We are breathing all the time which makes this an ever-present tool for shifting energy and mood. Join Lisa from 1:00-1:45 each Monday. This class integrates anatomy and physiology of breathing, cultivating an awareness of and connection with the energetic (prana) body, specific breathing techniques for energizing, soothing and balancing, and formal meditation practice. No previous experience necessary. Comfortable clothing and a nearly empty stomach are recommended. In person space is limited and for those fully vaccinated. Class is also available via Zoom.
